Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping orders placed by 9:00 am EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed before 9:00 am EST may ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 9:00 am EST will ship the next business day.
Example:
An order placed at 8:59 am EST on Thursday may ship Thursday.
An order placed at 9:30 am EST on Friday will ship Monday.
Please note that overnight shipping refers to transit time after the order has shipped. Processing time still applies.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier and destination.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and location. Delivery time estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all processing and delivery estimates, delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
