How many Curlkalon crochet curl packages should I order?
Each bag of Curlkalon™ Hair comes with 20 bouncy curls. If you use our special 1 x 10 formula, you’ll get the perfect look every time. That means use 10 curls per braid. You’ll want to order 1 bag of hair for every 2 corn rows you have. For more volume, increase the number of corn rows and bags of hair.
(example: If you have 8 corn rows. You’ll need to order 4 bags of hair.)
Can Curlkalon crochet curls be washed?
They can be, but it’s not recommend. You would lose your beautiful bouncy curls and since we don’t promote re-curling. Our hair comes alkaline free so it won't irritate the scalp. We reasonably priced our products so that you can buy ready-to-install curls for your next installation.
What length should I order?
It depends on how you’re feeling. Short and cute or long and luxurious? Our curls come in 3 lengths. 10″, 20″, 24". Remember, the length is the measurement prior to the curling process of the hair. When you stretch your bouncy curls you’ll get the actual length.
How do I install Curlkalon crochet curls?
Does Curlkalon crochet curls frizz easily?
No, this hair does not frizz easily. All synthetic hair will eventually experience frizz, but we’ve invested in the highest quality synthetic hair that last longer than other fibers on the market.
When will my order ship?
Our standard processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. Overnight Shipping orders are processed within the same business day if the order is placed by 9:00 am EST.
Example 1: An order is placed at 8:59 am EST on Thursday. It can potentially be processed and shipped on that Thursday.
Example 2: An order is placed at 9:30 am EST on Friday. It will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Note: Back orders will ship 7-14 business days from initial date of order.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Curlkalon accepts returns only. We do not offer exchanges.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, returned hair must remain in its original packaging and must not be removed, washed, brushed, finger-combed, or otherwise altered or tampered with. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you may submit an eligible return for your original order and place a new order separately.
To initiate a return, please [click here]. Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be reviewed. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds will be processed within up to 5 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- All approved refunds are subject to 1) the return label cost, calculated based on applicable postal or carrier shipping rates, and 2) a 5% restocking fee
These amounts will be deducted from your refund total.

What is Curlkalon Shipping Protection?
Curlkalon Shipping Protection is a package protection solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. When you add Shipping Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. In order to complete a claim, you must provide either a police report or send a claim form from the postal service.
