Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, the hair can not be removed from its original packaging, washed, brushed, finger-combed, or tampered with in any way.
We are not accepting exchanges. If you want to exchange your items for another product, you must return your original order first and then place a new order.
To request a return, please click here. Allow up to 3 business days for your return request to be reviewed. If your return request is approved, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your credit after the products have been delivered to our warehouse.
