Arrive at our pickup center and text 344-98 with your order number then show your “Ready for Pickup” email & photo ID to receive your order.


How does it work?

Select “Free Pickup” after adding items to your cart.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email and, later, a “Your Order Is Ready For Pick Up” email that indicates your order is ready for pickup and is being held for you.

Arrive at our pickup location and text 344-98 with your order number let us know you have arrived. An associate will bring your order out to you within 5 minutes.

Present your “Ready for Pickup” email and photo ID.

How do I know my order is ready for pickup?

You’ll receive “Your Order Is Ready For Pick Up” email to head to our pickup center location.

When do I go to the store to pick up my order?

Go to the pickup location after you have received a “Ready for Pickup” email.

What are the pickup hours?

Pick hours are Monday through Friday from 8am – 1pm. Pickup hours will also appear on your” Ready for Pickup” email.

How do I cancel or return my purchase?

To cancel an order placed for pickup, respond your “Ready to Pickup” email. See our Return Policy.

Can someone else pickup my order?

Yes, you may send someone else to pick up your order. Respond to your order ready email “Someone else will pick up my order” and supply the name and email address of the designated person. We will send them an email, which they will need to show the email to the pickup with identification.
